Hank Sr.; Carter Family; Johnny and June Cash; Patsy Cline; Misfits; Fugazi; Frank Proffitt.

2. Favourite records/tracks old or new?
Ramblin' Man by Hank Sr.; Cannonball Blues by Sara & Maybelle Carter; Pretty Crowin' Chicken by Frank Proffitt.

3. What would you be if not a musician?
We both work as child care workers, and love our jobs. Being a musician and traveling the States and getting to play our music is awesome; raising children to be decent compassionate humans is amazing!

4. Career high point so far?
Playing the State Fair to thousands of people was really cool. Playing the main stage of our state-wide bluegrass festival, opening for Mike Seeger, was pretty sweet, too.

5. Perfect night off?
food at our favorite Indian joint, and then home for a movie.

6. Most recent CD in your CD player?
Creedance Clearwater Revival's "Green River"

7. Favourite book/film?
Cormac McCarthy's "the Road" has left an indelible mark on my brain, that I can't seem to shake. As has his "The Crossing."

8. Whiskey - Jack or Jim?
Sobered up 8 years ago.  ack then I drank Maker's Mark.
