3. What would you be if not a musician?
Richer, an alcoholic and miserable.
4. Career high point so far?
I reckon getting our album "Good Suits and Fightin' Boots" released on Motor Sounds Records has to be the best single thing. Seeing your name on a poster with your piers is pretty good, we're sharing a bill with Bob Log III and David Holmes next month so that’s pretty fucking cool. To be honest I hope it’s all ahead of us.
5. Perfect night off?
Oh man, getting a hair cut and shave, then dressed in killer suit and chelsea boots, going to Dublin with my beautiful Janie, booking into The Clarence and going for a meal and a good bottle of wine, then moving on to The Stomping Ground Club/The Voodoo Lounge/Psychotic Reaction/Rocket 88 or wherever is on and listening to some great tunes with lots of dancing and drinking, then back to the hotel for some grown up fun. Yes indeedy.
6. Most recent CD in your CD player?
The Things - Some Kind Kick, The Things are an amazing Dublin garage punk band and good friends of ours, if you ever get a chance to see them I recommend you do, Neilo -the singer- is one of the best front men in Rock n Roll today and every one of them is a gent.
7. Favourite book/film?
I'm a bit of a movie buff so this list could be long. 12 Angry Men, The Big Lebowski, Fight Club, The Burbs,
The French Connection.
Books, Peter Pan, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle maintenance.
8. Whiskey - Jack or Jim?
Neither, Bushmills, a proper whiskey.
