The wild front man of punk/rockabilly band ‘The Cramps’ died on Tuesday February 4th 2009 from an existing heart condition.
He was just 62 years old.
Lux formed the band in 1976 along with his wife, guitarist Poison Ivy.
The Cramps music mixed together rockabilly, surf, punk with horror themes and plenty of sexual inuendo.
A press release described him as
the psycho-sexual Elvis/Werewolf hybrid from hell’.

Young Texan band Slow Rollin' Lows was formed in the summer of 2006 in Fannett, Texas, by front man Pug Johnson. The band got their name from a song written by Billy Joe Shaver, which they include in all their shows.  It’s said that the Slow Rollin' Lows believe in two things: good shows and good music, both of which they try their hardest to achieve.
