Swapping songs & picking with Billy Joe Shaver; watching an elderly Floyd Tillman play rhythm guitar while I sang one of my songs; opening for Ray Price; hanging out at Bob Moore's house; getting to play and record with some of the best musicians in the world, meaning the "Austin A-Team" of the modern real country era

Grilling some good grub, a good B-movie, good drinking, and good lovin' with my best gal Mrs. K

The Essential Dolly Parton -- The Early Years..... damn, she was freakin' brilliant AND freakin' hot!!

Lonesome Dove series (books and film); To Kill A Mockingbird (book and film); The Godfather (book and films I & II), anything by James Lee Burke or Harry Crews; Hell's Angels by Hunter S. Thompson; Vonnegut's Galapagos; I've on a big Stephen King kick for the last year or two, but can't really name a favorite; for films, anything by Scorcese, Kubrick, Verhoeven, Roger Corman, or Russ Meyer
8. Whiskey - Jack or Jim?
If it's whiskey, I'll take Jim, but if I have my druthers it's Cuervo Gold from my George Jones shot glass!
