1. Biggest Influence(s)?
I guess my biggest influence overall is the blues and more specifically performers such as Muddy Waters, Blind Boy Fuller, Robert Johnson, Peter Green, B B King, Albert King, Robben Ford and Stevie Ray! Other than the blues I am interested in Jazz,Punk,World and Pop/Rock!!!

2. Favourite records/tracks old or new?

Kind Of Blue - Miles Davis
Mystic Mile - Robben Ford
Texas Flood - Stevie Ray Vaughan
Spirit and the Blues - Eric Bibb
Its Uptown - George Benson
Left My Blues In San Fransisco - Buddy Guy

3. What would you be if not a musician?
Well I teach music part time when not touring or recording so maybe that would be my vocation - although when I was young I wanted to be an scientist like a geologist or something - what the hell I want to be an astronaut!

4. Career high point so far?
Performing with Eric Bibb on tour in Europe or with Nublues on RTL 2 in France.

5. Perfect night off?
A few beers and some acoustic guitars and all night jam session!
Old school style!

6. Most recent CD in your CD player?
Keb Mo' - Keb Mo' and Robben Ford - Truth

7. Favourite book/film?
Favourite Film - After Hours - Martin Scorsese
Although "Bad News" and "More Bad News" are 2 films to check out if your into music documentaries!!!!

Favourite Book - Holy Blood and Holy Grail (I love a good conspiracy)

If you want to read about the Blues then Bill Wyman's Blues Odyssey book as fantastic.

8. Whiskey - Jack or Jim?
I’m not too sure about whiskey so maybe Jim would be my choice - I do drink a plum brandy (also can be used as rocket fuel) that my wife’s father makes in his garden shed in Transylvania but I like Guinness generally.
