My biggest influences are Reba McEntire, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Elvis & Aretha Franklin.  

2. Favourite records/tracks old or new?
Well, honestly I am disappointed with most new country but I like Brad Paisley a lot, love all Reba's work, too many people to choose a favorite.

3. What would you be if not a musician?
Unemployed... No, just kidding. I would probably be a social worker who does makeup as a side job. Odd combination, I know.

4. Career high point so far?
This is difficult, I have been so lucky so far. I would say opening for Ray Price at the Paramount in Austin was a pretty high point. To say I not only met the legend, but I opened for him.. wow..

5. Perfect night off?   
Hanging out at home with cats and boyfriend and watching Law & Order SVU. I'm no rock star.   

6. Most recent CD in your CD player?  
The new Christina Aguilera album, and Sara Evans. Talented ladies.

7. Favourite book/film?
Book - Fannie May & the Miracle Man. Read it a long time ago, but still think of it.  Film -  Probably Wizard of Oz. That film was a turning point for me.  

8. Whiskey - Jack or Jim?
You are going to be so disappointed. Water. That's right, I said it water.
